    Toronto Lago at the Waterfront | 162.15m | 50s | Mattamy Homes | Graziani + Corazza

Thanks for the pics everyone, great to see the project going forward at a good pace. I believe the answer to this is that the amenities of the two buildings (Lago + Riva) will be in the commercial building. The condos will not have a gym, rather they will have access to a commercial gym (i.e...

University Suites Kingston (PRK Developments) - Real Estate -

Anyone have any info on this project yet? Slated as an investment property - which is something that I'm not as familiar with. Basic premise is that carrying costs (mortgage/maint fee/prop tax) is covered by rent. Done some simple math on properties in GTA, where it works out fine. How would...

    Toronto Eau du Soleil Condos | 227.98m | 66s | Empire | Richmond Architects

Totally agree with you Filip. Think I'd be happy with some more retail/restaurants and perhaps some boutique shopping area and that's about it. Unless they really do something about expanding Lakeshore or adding better mass transit options. Interesting that their 65th Floor and likely...

2150 Condos (VHL Developments) - Real Estate -

Stumbled upon in here because my friend who's looking for a condo mentioned this project. It's actually not too far from Lawrence East LRT (1.4Km according to Google), so it's walkable or at least a short bus ride (though I'd rather goto Lawrence Station on the Yonge Line). Haven't heard much...

    Toronto Lago at the Waterfront | 162.15m | 50s | Mattamy Homes | Graziani + Corazza

As far as I've heard from sales centre, this is more accurate. The short building will be on the Lake Shore side which will be around 5 floors. Marine Parade side will be a 14-16 storey. Robert poses an interesting question though - what happens when they add floors? Ideally they'd just add it...

    Toronto Eau du Soleil Condos | 227.98m | 66s | Empire | Richmond Architects

Inevitability? Redevelopment has been rumoured for a long time hasn't it? The Christies and Food terminal properties are way too valuable to keep that way in the long term. Whatever happens with the HBS development, hope that it works out well with a good mix of retail/services and...

    Toronto California Condominiums | ?m | 32s | Camrost-Felcorp | Onespace

It's not a new building. Nor are they changing the name of the project. It's still called California Condos. Camrost just trying to sell off remaining units and using the new name as a marketing tool. iLoft (phase 2) used a similar tactic - they registered "live by the lake" and livebythelake.ca...

    Toronto Nautilus Condos | ?m | 39s | Biddington | Graziani + Corazza

Has there been any update on what retail/restaurants is moving into this project? I heard mention of a grocery store, though the space isn't quite big enough. So maybe a niche style like Fresh and Wild or Brunos? Here's a new pic of the area I snapped from the plane on the way home. It's shot at...

    Toronto Eau du Soleil Condos | 227.98m | 66s | Empire | Richmond Architects

I am positive that the builder will do it's best to capitalize on it's waterfront investment by making sure they maximize the number of those premium units. Judging from the picture, they'll stagger the buildings to get views for both buildings. Also both the south and east sides of the building...

Bridge, The + Connect (Urbancorp, 22s, Kirkor)

This project is a good step in redeveloping towards the Dufferin stretch, but I do agree with many of your sentiments that the building looks cheap. You should see the inside of the building also (not sure if it's reflected in those PDI vids) - I'll take a couple of pics later when I get a...

    Toronto California Condominiums | ?m | 32s | Camrost-Felcorp | Onespace

I'm a current owner of iLoft (phase 2) - the drawings show clear windows, but it will be spandrel glass. When purchasing iLoft, even their model suite has the clear glass for an all-window effect. If you look at the other Camrost-Mystic Pointe buildings (Skylofts on Manitoba for example), they...

Thx YYZer, taken from my balcony at iLoft. I'm more than happy to snap a few pics of the stuff in the neighborhood. AMB, nice pics! I can't wait til I move onto Marine Parade, though it will be 2017 before I do! Loving that view! You're facing East and South? I think I'll be having a similar...

Lago on the Waterfront (Monarch) - Real Estate -

I ended up with the 1002 SqFt unit. It would be 45% for the first phase, they don't have phase 2 for sale yet. Not sure when they are selling it though.

Lago on the Waterfront (Monarch) - Real Estate -

Hi folks, Thanks for all the info about this project, just picked up a unit in the building. Especially helpful with the maps interchange, cheers! Monarch have been selling to VIPs and walk ins so far. They are launching publicly this Saturday: emails going out, ads on the radio and updating...

    iLoft Condos (Camrost-Felcorp) - Real Estate -

Thanks Wooba and Ducati for the info re: colour selection. Out of curiousity, were there any options regarding appliances? Or is that handled by a third party (i.e. Brick?). When do we get to consider options for that? Ducati, you got granite and locker for free? Did you get any other...

    Toronto iLoft | ?m | 30s | Camrost-Felcorp | Onespace

I feel exactly the same way. I assume with South Beach, we'll still get a decent view, even if it's not as good as we had hoped. I'm keeping fingers crossed that we'll still have something to look at when all is said and done.
