I think you should really read your notices carefully. Unless there is a typo, the tenative move in date was never Dec 2009. I maybe wrong but average condos get built in 3 1/2 + years. I am also in the first phase and initially they say late 2010 but of course always expect delay. The...

If I get dollar for everytime I hear this I would be rich and buy any condo/house I want. The smartest I have heard someone say is buy when you are ready and buy something that you would want to live in for many years.
