    Toronto Ontario Place | ?m | ?s | Infrastructure ON

Really my only issue is the fact we're getting a much smaller science center - with that said, a lot of the science center was open space / greenery / outdoor sections - so purely from an exhibit space perspective it's not clear to me how much different it really is ? Side note, I loved the...

    Condominium issues

You are so wrong ... The city will 100% write you up for that (unless you can claim a religious exemption potentially ... I kid you not ...) - fire inspections are a different animal from 10 years ago - anything and everything is cited - I can go on about this ad nauseam ... The other reason...

    Toronto Lower Don Lands Redevelopment | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

Looking at this image below curtesy of this UT news story. A few questions. On the north east portion of the site there is seemingly a double bridge , is that replaced with a single bridge at this point ? Is there still work required to connect the new inlet with the Keating channel and don...

    St Lawrence Market

Paywall unfortunately, but I can extrapolate the details from the snippet above. I'm still a little surprised - clearly it's a non development site so that's a factor but it's such a prime and iconic location. Maybe if the building needs a lot of maintenance though that could explain it.

Did the flatiron building sell for the same price it did 13+ years ago?

The Tenor (10 Dundas St E, Ent Prop Trust, 10s, Baldwin & Franklin)

I do think this is great news overall - may help to make it more of a destination as intended !

    Toronto Portland Commons | 71.7m | 15s | Carttera | Sweeny &Co

Note a single lease ? Or anything subsational you mean ? This build offers vary wide floor plates so I think that would be attractive to some tenants. But of course it's not in the "core" per se - probably need to consider lowering asking rents.

    Toronto Lower Don Lands Redevelopment | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

These bridges, while not overly complex in design, I think will be landmarks - I can't even imagine they were that costly - kudos to the design team behind these !

    Toronto Aqualuna at Bayside | 61.87m | 18s | Tridel | 3XN

Before we all get too excited - check out the prices of the units here (mind you they are very large) but this is very much a luxury development so I don't see this repeating unfortunately

    Mayor Olivia Chow's Toronto

Is this actually a huge surprise ? Were the numbers pre-pandemic - if so, I've seen costs jump anywhere from 20-60% depending on the type of work (speaking from the perspective of capital projects in a condominium) - this is backed by CCI presentations and the like.

    Toronto Clare R. Copeland Transformer Station | ?m | ?s | Toronto Hydro | Arcadis

Whatever happened with this, did the park actually open ?

    Toronto The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

It truly does ! My big fear though, will it actually be a success ? I'm not so sure about that yet. The good news being the built form is done regardless of the financial viability i.e. we win :)

    Toronto Quayside: Timber House | 44.5m | 12s | Dream | David Adjaye

This isn't actually going to start construction anytime soon is it ? And no, running is great for you, don't listen :) - sure if you're running 50KM a week you need to take some care but even then ...

Toronto New Park at 229 Richmond West | ?m | ?s | City of Toronto | Gow Hastings

It's interesting as opensky with more greenery even looks like it would have been a cheaper option.

    Junction Triangle

    Is that a construction site ? :) I jest.

    Toronto Beacon Condos | 124.66m | 35s | Sorbara | Wallman Architects

Agreed completely and this area i.e. NYCC - restaurants tend to do really well (yes there are nuances here i.e. what type and the like) - look at how many there are between Finch and Sheppard ... also note how few vacancies ... compare that too many other areas in the city ... so the potential...

    Toronto 160 Front West | 239.87m | 46s | Cadillac Fairview | AS + GG

I have to say, it looks so much better with the TD logo vs the blank black square we saw before - yes it's not ideal, but I honestly felt it ruined the building prior to this being turned on. I guess this is a lot cheaper if tenants change :D

    Toronto Queen & Ashbridge | 60.15m | 17s | Context Development | Teeple Architects

hmm, ok, I'm sure I need to see this in person, but is it actually that bad ? :) The darker black window frames are nice. I think this cladding type can actually look pretty good if executed well i.e. spacing between panels and the like, this is probably the issue here.

    Toronto Toronto House | 186.53m | 58s | Westbank | Hariri Pontarini

It does ! Maybe just 1.5/2x the height of the office buildings in that view.

    Toronto Aqualuna at Bayside | 61.87m | 18s | Tridel | 3XN

I think that's pretty unfortunate, it looks ok in the render above as it's making the rest of the cladding look much darker than it actually is - which by the way to be clear, I love (the actual cladding colour). But the white is going to stand out, you can already see it in the pictures above.
