My take, Spring 2012 occupancy is tentative. If Cresford starts work this Spring, early 2013. If next year, it will be 2014, best guess. For sure, they will re-exercise their right to change the confirmed occupancy date, my take again - in 2012.

399 Adelaide Street West Wasn't aware that this loft is reworked Mode. The guys at Crestford seemed pretty courteous to me when I went to one of their model homes. Apparently, they are spending a lot of money in the center court, place is not bad for hip, moneyed couple.
