Yorkville will be a congested street with 1 Yorkville and the 2 towers by Minto at the garage. I took this yesterday of 836-848 Yonge, 1 Yorkville.

Approaching the top. L Tower dwarfs 25 Esplanade which itself is a pretty big complex viewed from the street level. It's all relative.

I've always been a proponent of density and ridding the downtown of empty lots but even I am amazed that a developer has made use of this 'sliver' of land. I can't wait to see the real unit at completion, the saving grace is that all the units seem to be wider than it is long therefore brighter...
