This park on the corner was an outstanding public space before the building reno and it appears will remain so. My only design complaint is that I wish there was another entry/exit point midway along the wall here on Bay St,.but that's minor.

😵 Time for city to stop allowing this. Reminds of the absolute crap art allowed for Uptown condos on Balmuto st (the window frames at street level; art is fine, absolutely weak component and should not qualify.)

I already have a love hate relationship with this incredible bizarro cladding on this little building as part of this development. This is the most unhinged cladding/spandrel in the city.

Maybe it’s the heat, but I keep looking at this development and I am starting to not mind it???
