Thanks. The builder is Liberty, and the units themselves were done by Kantium Home (poshcondos.ca). The layout is actually very, very nice, and workmanship is pretty good. Materials used are also of decent quality. We couldn't find many deficiencies, and the few we did find were fixed before...
