Cleo in TD Tower has a closing sale. Johnston & Murphy in the same building closed this weekend (they must have been there at least 15 years).

I thought the spot was supposed to be for a pub, but I don't think there has been any progress on the project for years. That would make a great space for it.

915 DuPont? i also like the Balzac at Distillery District but I'm not sure that's super cozy.

i find mallo cafe/bar very cozy. cafe/bars are generally pretty cozy, imo.
