So if I go post office directly, are they able to update the new address for me and direct all mails to new address?

How do everybody update you guys' address? I tried Canada Post, Service Ontario, and also many credit card internet banking to update my address but couldn't go through. It always says "invalid" seems the street 19 Singer Court and postal code " M2K0B2" doesn't match or what.
