@MED, I 'm curious about you saying you don't have to give 60 days notice...I'm in the Standard Loft too and was worried about running into problems over that. Is this a special exemption that they offered or something? I moved in less than a year ago and told them I would be moving to Upside...

Could someone please remind me what utilities are covered by the maintenance fees? I seem to recall that water is, but was there anything else? Also, does anyone know if there will be temporary (like for the day or overnight) parking for guests? Thanks!

I heard it can take 3-6 months to register the building, so maybe by the end of the summer? Anyway, thought I'd post a pic of the new signs I saw out front of the building this morning.

Just to post an update, they've put some of the balcony enclosures on - south facing side, east corner.

What my mortgage broker told me is that the building has to be 70% occupied before the builder can register a condo corp. I'm assuming she knows what she's talking about, but I'm sure double-checking that can't hurt.

Windows are in up to the 10th floor, I think. No idea about the balconies though. They still have some siding to finish as well, on the upper floors.

Phase 2 has most of the underground parking done - they still need to close it in and start working above grade. Once Phase 1 was above grade, it went quicker - Floors 1 - 14 were built from February to July.

I haven't been to the sales office recently, but I suspect Fuse 2 has been released to the public seeing as I got a flyer in the mail last week advertising units for sale in the building.

The last I heard when I went to the office a couple of weeks ago was they would start contacting people sometime close to the end of June to come in and pick finishes. Amy said that people on the lower floors would be contacted earlier than people on higher floors.

Looks like I'll be your direct neighbour as long as my purchase agreement finalizes without any problems. I'll be in the southwest corner unit on 13.
