The builder already had shaky knees about the office tower early this summer... they wanted to postpone it. I think this land should be used strictly for commercial purposes because of it's link to GO and the path

I'll take the ugly rock field over that building... In a year or so, when the economy bounces back, we'll have a second chance to develope that corner the right way. Forfeiting your deposit exposes you to a potential lawsuit by the builder for damages and breach of contract. This is more...

I posted this on page 4 a while back... its Gabriel Bodor Architect Inc. and Quadrangle Architects Ltd. that collaborated on this project. Their last collaboration was Chocolate Company Lofts (955 Queen St. West)... Also a Plazacorp development.

There is no pattern for the ceiling heights ... some of the lower floors have a higher ceiling which you pay a premium for ... Is your unit 8 or 9 ft? Facing the the courtyard or west? I'm curious to see what the second building will start at for the same units
