Bumping this thread from the past. How's the progress on this development? Is it occupied yet? Any news/updates? I can't seem to find any pricing information on the townhouses.... :(

Curious, what's the occupancy rate like at Centro? Do you feel a lot of units are occupied or empty?

sounds like you're paying around $0.50/sq ft. That's still cheaper than my $0.66/sq ft. :)

What do you mean it's the same? How much are you paying for maintenance and how big is your unit? I'm in a close by condo and paying around $0.66/sq ft.

The townhouses seem to be off on its own corner so it's sort of isolated. I personally don't see how everything planned will be built. Where is the money coming from? If the builder jumps ship halfway, wouldn't the residential area there suffer a lot?

Hmmm.... wondering what people's thoughts on this area are? Do you think it will get severely congested over time? Will the builders vision of this "downtown markham" be completed one day? Anyone know how the townhouses are (through personal experience, know someone who lives there, etc...)?

Not to stoke any fire with this question but would you all agree to have an increase in your maintenance fee in order to pay for security? Just curious....

I live in the Monarch condo right next to the TTC entrance to STC. We share an underground parking with our sister building which is to the West of my building but our fobs do not allow access to each other's building. In order for them to get to the TTC, they have to walk around my building...

Thanks for the reply, Ontnut. What I meant is that they are now including upgrades in their price (essentially throwing in the upgrades for free). I was just curious why that is - is it a tactic just to boost sales? Also, the pricing now includes HST and they will cover a bit of the move in...

Hi Everyone! I'm new to this forum but glad I found it as I'm considering in buying a unit in Centro. I spoke to the lady at the sales office recently and the pricing includes upgrades and HST. I'm curious to know if you had to pay for upgrades when you bought your place (I'm guessing yes)...
