Thanks. I priced the cost per sq ft. in the industry approx 1.00 to 1.50 average. I figured even to double for allowance of ceiling work, so we are at 3.00 this is closer to $5.20 seems high to me. I did give the go ahead but feel taken. I also did pot lights in en suite bathroom.
