Closing costs are overall high but you can't cap everything...just so you know, Lamb's newer projects have parks levy alone at $10,000 for closing!!

Very similar to occupancy...I'm going to be paying about $7.00 more from occupancy. They are really sticking to the contract and all that they are allowed to charge. My lawyer told me that Lamb's lawyers seem to be quite strict/by the book than other ones he usually deals with.

I did place a cap on mine...but there are only so many caps that they will accept and other charges that many will question...I anticipated them to be this way anyhow so no surprise really on my end!
