    Well that's more than I've been able to get out of them! That being said I've heard the same thing from the people at the Sales Office many times....I honestly don't believe that they'll officially push the deadline back until they absolutely have to. Let's hope they do though!

    Actually, the contracts for Phase 1 are under Tarion rules and do have a time limit. My lawyer has reviewed the contract and confirms that the Builder can only push the occupancy date back twice, and only to a maximum of 24 months. I bought in when the occupancy date was Sept 2010 (that was back...
