The tallest buildings in Guelph now are 2x18 storey buildings near the MacDonell bridge; there's another 18 storey building that's toward the outskirts of town and I believe is a retirement community. A 21 storey bldg would be the tallest in the city by three! Would love to see it, especially...

Good progress even in the last two weeks! Lot beside does not have any progress, but hope to see the residential towers begin ASAP.

I inquired with the city about the status of this development, as it is one of few tall buildings planned for downtown. The development is currently on hold at the request of the developer, I bet to revise the plan in line with some great good faith feedback from the Nextdoor co-working space.
