I've always seen that chunk of James st N as Ossington or maybe Queen. Teo (the owner of Le Tambour) literally has a restaurant on Ossington, the iconic Cote de Boeuf.

A lot of excitement about this one ... Hope they actually end up putting a solid grocery store in there.
