What is the reason for going with 1/3 Coop, 1/3 market rate, and 1/3 affordable? Why doesn’t the city go for a higher percentage of affordable? Also setting rents between 40-100% of the market rate seems to be a pretty wide range, is there any further explanation on that? Sorry if these are...- son of ugly
