We are on the 9th floor and did our finishes meeting last week. The staff there were great and told me that the occupancy would late 2021 in a best case scenario. We are living in the burbs and looking forward to living downtown again.

I don't recall the name of the building but the Esso is soon to be history. There is already a sign on the site announcing the new condo building.

Until you posted these pics I hadn't realized how dominant this building will be in the short term. With a big building going immediately south of it and the Esso turning into another building it will be a short term effect. Still quite excited to be departing the suburbs and moving back...

I have signed up for the updates, their pics are quite close up and the ones from @Razz provide a much wider perspective. The twice weekly construction are great but once a month to get an overall would be a nice addition. He seems to have a good high point with a view.

So another building is being proposed where the Esso gas station is located by Menkes, very much preliminary but has close to the same number of units at 439 units but its also a little taller at 37 stories. Many years out for sure.

Has anyone else received their occupancy notice? Our unit is on the 9th floor and is March 2021.

So I had a conversation with one of the Fernbrook people and they are now discussing pushing the completion date to 2021! 2020 seemed pretty questionable. There should be an announcement soon which will include info about appointments for finish schedules.

So does anyone have information as to what the completion/move in date should be? I am optimistically guessing mid 2020.

Has anyone heard a realistic guess as to occupancy date? The excavation is well underway and the people at the construction website haven't responded. I asked late last year when they first started and they thought it would be late 2020
