Any closure of the Spadina off ramps is going to be hell. Going to be interesting to see how they do it all. It seems so far out now that maybe I won't be working DT anymore haha (East ender). Plus the Ontario Line might be done by then too.

I really hope they redesign these unit sizes... The industry as a whole needs to create livable units and stop with the undersized units with no storage space and no space to do separate things while living with a partner, (basically living on top of each other). For context in sqft. Studio...

Not really a fan of the towers being the same height. Though...since it is with all of the "New York" buildings it might be considered an homage to the Twin Towers RIP.

They are showing Avant Gym at 1 Bloor W., but I am pretty sure it is in 1 Bloor E. Maybe they put it there because they didn't have room on the other side and 1 Bloor W. doesn't have a tenant.
