    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Some exciting bike related news today in conjunction with the removal of parking minimums for new developments. Standards for bike parking in new developments to be updated, haven't had the chance to dig through the report yet. Also includes a new "payment in lieu of bike parking" fund that will...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

I do believe the eventual plan is to connect Esplanade/Mill bike path with this one. Cannot wait, I always find myself trying to navigate across downtown through this area and it's no fun. I'd like to see them find a way to add the EV spaces somewhere else though. Hopefully this might alleviate...

I feel it's also important to note that more funding doesn't necessarily equal better city design. Need to have the right policies and city leadership in place that promote good design in conjunction with funding.

A smidge wider and this would honestly be a pretty sweet flexible studio unit. Looks like a nice separated den/wfh space, functional kitchen, and I like that the couch doesn't have to either face the kitchen, or be right in front of it like so many small units. Can have a bar style table or gate...

As someone living in the area, quite close to this corner.. I must say that it's certainly not the "destination" part of the annex. If I'm not headed into the subway I typically choose a walking/biking route that does not involve passing this particular intersection as I don't think there really...

    Toronto 666 Spadina Avenue | 41m | 11s | Cromwell | Arcadis

The balcony construction was nightmarish, along with what felt like wholesale unit renos because of all the vacancies from everyone that dipped because of the construction. 90+ dB frequently, with minimal communication of noise mitigation and construction progress. It's really not that bad now...
