Haha. No I'm not the fabricator, sorry! :-) I work for another sub on the job and required the cladding shop drawings for my drawings & coordination.

Seems to be completely random. Nothing on the shop drawings suggests what the inspiration was.

You're right. The black panel installed right now is the underside of the "aluminum plate artwork panel". From what I know, this is to be installed at the end of March. Source: looking directly at the cladding shop drawings.

I am on the 3rd floor. Yes, I know for sure on Monday (the occupancy date) people were moving in and stayed the night / fully moved in.

Update: Townhomes, 2nd and 3rd floor units started taking possession (occupancy) yesterday!

I just have a few more, unfortunately not of the best quality. 1. Living area looking out to the balcony. 2. Main bath shower-tub. 3. Typ. vanity. 4. Master bath shower.

Wouldn't be surprised if I was in the building while it was still being worked on, it's pretty common for that to happen. (Anecdotally, when I worked at U Condos this happened on both towers!) Anyway, my occupancy date is set for end of October.

Occupancy is fast approaching as I received an email to have my PDI scheduled.
