I never knew they were counting those spires as part of the height. Hard to tell now how tall some of these buildings actually are.

Just a note to the MOD's, the title of this thread still has " Mizrahi Developments" listed at the developer. Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet so I just thought I would throw it out there.

This building looks good from far and high, but up close and at street level they killed it with leaving the bottom of those balconies white. Had they made them black to blend it with the building it would have made all the difference.

This video has come on my feed a bunch of times but I never watched it because I don't think anybody really knows what the plan is. I don't even thinks Rogers knows what they want to do.

The podium of this tower kind of reminds of 19 Duncan.

I doubt it won't get built, but might get pushed back quite a bit.
