I was just thinking, I really wish this would have been bult to the approved higher height because it's so nice. I guess what I'm trying to say is because it's such a beautiful building, not being bult to the higher approved height makes it that much more difficult to swallow.

This reply makes no sense to me. Regardless if each building is being judged individually, it's the cladding that makes or breaks the building. I statement stands....
