I was thinking the exact same thing...lol.

    Toronto 241 Church | 170.7m | 53s | Graywood | Turner Fleischer

On top of that, it should really add to the way Church street is developing a nice little canyon. I love all the new buildings going up on Church.

    Toronto 241 Church | 170.7m | 53s | Graywood | Turner Fleischer

This one looks like it's going to be a nice one.

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 283.6m | 85s | Menkes | a—A

I hear what you're saying, but at the same time just scrolling through the threads it should be obvious that throwing up pics without any context can be confusing. Look at this thread and see how many pics are posted without any info.

    Toronto One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

I just saw this too. It's seems like he was tardy getting this video out as much of his info doesn't seem that accurate anymore.

    Deadmau5 lives in that building.

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 351.85m | 106s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

I was wondering the exact same thing when I saw this pic...lol.

    Toronto One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

This looks like someone is in Central Park that took a pic of Billionaire's Row.

    Toronto One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

Do you think that would have any implications on the height, or is the original height a done deal at this point?

    Toronto One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

There is no occupancy in the building as of right now.

    Toronto Scotiabank Arena Renovations | ?m | ?s | MLSE | BBB

Looks totally tacky. Just another case of renovating for no other reason other then to boost prices.

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 351.85m | 106s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Yeah it was clarified but thanks 👍

    I see, thanks for clarifying.

    I can't even believe there's a building in Winnipeg that's close to 44 floors.

    Toronto Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

Maybe, but I was still one of the few saying "despite the fact it's Concord, maybe they won't be so bad and nasty" as you say.

    Toronto Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

I should go back a quote some of my posts from a few years ago when I was the only one saying "maybe these won't be so bad despite the fact it's Concord" 😂😂

    Toronto One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

I was just thinking, I really wish this would have been bult to the approved higher height because it's so nice. I guess what I'm trying to say is because it's such a beautiful building, not being bult to the higher approved height makes it that much more difficult to swallow.

    Toronto Concord Sky | 300.2m | 85s | Concord Adex | Kohn Pedersen Fox

This reply makes no sense to me. Regardless if each building is being judged individually, it's the cladding that makes or breaks the building. I statement stands....

    Toronto Concord Sky | 300.2m | 85s | Concord Adex | Kohn Pedersen Fox

Isn't that the case with all buildings?
