That precast has a massive difference from the sunlit bright photos and the dull winter photos. Really looks outdated in the gloomy winter photos.

Wouldn't exactly call it 'nice to look at'.

This is so wild. Those hallways are so aggressive. There has to be a better floorplate. Still not a huge fan of the grey look, I think it would've fit more the neighbourhood if they kept a red brick podium

So much density for this area. I can't imagine Richmond Hill will let it go through.

Does anyone know anything about the developer? I haven't heard anything about this project since April 2019
