    Cherry Street Nightclub

So where do we put music venues? Where are people going to go for entertainment? If a large club can't work in the middle of nowhere, where can it work? Re-development in this area is not exactly right around the corner. Should we abandon the area and leave it empty while we wait for this...

    Restaurant Comings & Goings

I was a bit upset over swiss chalet closing! Picked up from there almost once a week since I live close by. As for Aroma close by...The fact they close early every weekday and don't even open on the weekend at all is a bit disappointing.

    Church-Wellesley Village

But think about the great retail that will be replacing the club! Perhaps a Starbucks? The closest one is a full block away!! Or maybe a pharmacy? Rexall seems to be expanding all over the place... Or wait for it....A bank!!! I have heard that although the owner originally said he was not...

    10 Dundas East

Oh really? I didn't realize that. I used to work in that building for 5 years up until a few months ago, and never walked in to Winners.

seeing some sites showing this as 593 yonge, others as 8 gloucester. The Gloucester address was approved for 34 floors, not I don't understand what is going on...

    Toronto | 8 Gloucester Street | 110m | 34s | Angel | Graziani + Corazza

I believe BBH may be wrong (they often make mistakes on their website!) Everyone else shows it as being @ 593 Yonge: The Clover Condos is a new preconstruction condo development by Cresford Development Group located on the east side of Yonge Street in between Gloucester Street and...

    Toronto | The One | 309m | 85s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

I still don't understand why it has to be demolished without a proposal even being submitted yet. The idea of walking by a boarded up lot or worse a parking lot for the next few years is depressing. What happens to all the retail next to it? That gets demolished too for nothing while we wait?

    Apple Store

I recently booked an appointment for late in the day, closer to closing time. When i got there they said they were backed up and wouldn't be able to see me before closing, so I would have to come back the next day... Great service... What a joke.

    Peter Street Condominiums | 130m | 40s | CentreCourt | architectsAlliance COMPLETE

are we going to have a Starbucks / bank / dry cleaner / Rabba in all these new buildings? Probably. What a joke...can we officially change the area name "entertainment district" to something else?

    St. Lawrence Market

Personalized service is great, but their hours make it impossible for me to ever get a chance to experience it. I go to the market maybe once a year, when I happen to be in the area, but if their hours were more convenient, I would go a lot more often! In the end I am stuck going to Loblaws...

Please note both club locations were there long before this building went no complaining about the noise. You should have known you bought a condo next door to a nightclub. Lol
