I'm not sure what you're asking. The existing program did result in a fare rebate if you use both the TTC and GO, but renewing it doesn't change anything. There were several different augmentations under discussion, none of which are going forward right now.

Further note, I have now confirmed that the renewal is for 2 years, so no improvements are likely til March 2028.

I agree w/all of the above. But would add that some of the areas I noted are rather conspicuous and seemingly arbitrary holes in the network coverage. Equally, some areas like East York which are close to the core and have high potential seem to have very little added depth.
