    Toronto Festival Tower and tiff Lightbox | 156.96m | 42s | Daniels | KPMB

I could have predicted this. At least for now, it is only a single year and doesn't come with naming rights for the LightBox.

    Starbucks

Indeed, there once was one across the street in the federal court building.

Toronto non-mall retail (Odds & Ends)

Some Starbucks closed during the pandemic and returned to their old locations a few years later.

    St Lawrence Market

Weird that they'd move it as I believe their offices are in that same building.

    Brampton 2 Bartley Bull | 103.95m | 29s | Litwillow | Arcadis

I think the OLT will quickly approve this appeal, especially in light of Line 10 now set to go downtown.

    Ossington

Ossington is also getting this Calgary resto chain which feels a bit out of place... https://retail-insider.com/retail-insider/2024/07/calgary-based-central-restaurants-expanding-to-toronto-and-vancouver-interview/

Road Safety & Vision Zero Plan

I do like British crosswalks too, but they are always flashing. There is no distinction between when someone is using it and when someone isn't. But maybe that actually makes drivers pay more attention?

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

It is still probably a natural spot for the line to eventually end though.

    Roads: Ontario/GTA Highways Discussion

There's even still a bit of Heart Lake Road next to the 410 between Steeles and Orenda.

    Roads: Traffic catch all

Indeed, especially as CF somehow got permission to reduce those sidewalks a few decades back.

    Roads: Traffic catch all

    Toronto CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

This should make the USBT easier to find for many.

    Metrolinx: Presto Fare Card

I was surprised by this too, but hey, my wallet is now one card lighter and that's never a bad thing.

    Toronto Union Station Revitalization | ?m | ?s | City of Toronto | NORR

To use a U.K. example, mainline London stations show both the regional and national operators on the same board.
