    Roads: Gardiner Expressway

I'll agree with you that the comparison isn't the greatest seeing as the 5000 vehicles used is during rush hour and the Birchmount bus numbers are for daily ridership numbers. However your claim of 100, 000 vehicles/day is also false, the section of the Gardiner in question is by far the least...

    Toronto Corktown Common | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto | Maryann Thompson

The biggest problem I see with this part of the park is that it doesn't really connect too well with the main part. From what I've see of it under the bridge it looks like you have to go down to the sidewalk along Bayview and then cross the street at the curve (doesn't seem too safe). It seems...

    Regent Park Phase 3 General

I noticed that the sales centre at Dundas and Regent Street had the windows papered up the other day, maybe they're preparing to launch something new?

    Toronto King Blue by Greenland | 155.75m | 48s | Greenland | Arcadis

It's interesting to see how some of the bricks underneath appear to have been placed so haphazardly just to fill in the gaps.

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

It would make a lot of sense, especially if King East continues to add more office space (like Globe and Mail).

Toronto Spadina Subway Extension Emergency Exits | ?m | 1s | TTC | IBI Group

There are other solutions such as underground holding tanks, they're just drastically more expensive.

    Toronto Social at Church + Dundas | 164.89m | 52s | Pemberton | RAW Design

I would prefer to see the access to parking off of Dalhousie Street and continue the retail down Church Street.

Grand Touring Automobiles (777 Dundas St E, 4s, Plaston Architect) COMPLETE

They're beyond soil testing now, the equipment on site is for shoring. Construction has begun.

Grand Touring Automobiles (777 Dundas St E, 4s, Plaston Architect) COMPLETE

Where's the parking access to the "upper" parking lot? I'm assuming off of Dundas but the rendering doesn't really show it clearly.

Toronto The John Lea on Broadview | 34.46m | 9s | Cape Group | KUA

I don't see anything wrong with this building, the site access on Pretoria makes sense. There are 2 car elevators for 17 parking spaces I'm not sure delays getting into the parking garage will be that significant. It appears the garbage trucks will be accessing from the lane directly to the...

    Toronto Burke Condominiums | 163.4m | 53s | Concert | Arcadis

I have no idea what the barrels of juice are for but the "posts" installed are definitely monitoring wells. They are used to monitor groundwater levels as well as quality. You can see many of the same posts around Regent Park.

Toronto Pan Am Village in the West Don Lands | ?m | ?s | DundeeKilmer | KPMB

I saw a sign on the retail space at the corner of Bayview and Front that "Gears" the bike shop will be opening a location here in Spring 2016.
