    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

This seems to be quite an expensive proposition. 11 - River Crossings 2 - Bridges over railway 2 - tunnels 1 - underpass All those structures are going to increase the cost of this trail connection significantly. Not to mention the increased construction costs of working in a relatively...

    Roads: Bayview Extension/River Street

I believe they're removing the right turn channel at Dundas and River (NB) as well.

They're also adding windows to the north side for sure, and possibly the west side.

    West Don Lands

Won't students be moving into the George Brown residence in September? Seems like pretty good timing if that's the case.

    Toronto Saturday in Downsview Park | 39.93m | 11s | Mattamy Homes | Graziani + Corazza

I'm confused about the address and comparing it to the site plan. The site plan shows it fronting onto Keele Street but 35 Carl Hall Road doesn't front onto Keele. Is Downsview Park Boulevard the street being constructed at the south end of Downsview Park across Keele from Whitburn Crescent?

    Toronto Grid Condos | 157.88m | 50s | CentreCourt | IBI Group

Speculating a bit here, and didn't see any mention of it in the Pace thread, but is the Tim Horton's moving across the street into that building?

    Mississauga Mississauga Transitway | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | IBI Group

It does seem like a lot. Expropriate and turn their lands into a park and pedestrian access for the entire subdivision, without requiring pedestrians to walk out to Erin Mills to get the bus.

    Toronto Corktown Common | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto | Maryann Thompson

Overall the new underpass path is a little underwhelming. It just ends at Bayview, and if you continue south on Bayview to Corktown Common the crossing of Bayview isn't particularly easy unless you keep going up the hill and use the path across from Lawren Harris Square. Which if that's how you...

    Toronto Bike Share

As I check this afternoon the map has been updated from this morning. There are still a couple missing, ones that I've used already and know are operational that are not yet on the map but I'm sure they will be there soon.

    Toronto Bike Share

I've noticed a lot of the new stations have been put in place and are operational, but the station map on their website hasn't been updated, nor have any of the apps I've used over the past few years. Anyone know when the maps will be updated? It's helpful to know if a station is full/empty.

    Construction on River Street?

So glad Shuter's also included in the resurfacing this year. It's arguably worse than River Street.

PATH Network Expansion (various, various, various)

    Two Osgoode stations... whoops.

Toronto Breweries, Brew Pubs, Bottle Shops

Great map! One I noticed missing was Louis Cifer on Danforth. http://www.louisciferbrewworks.com/

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

The reason to allow cars into the bike lane to turn right at an intersection is that it provides a safe place for the cyclist to go on the left side of the car. If the car wasn't in the bike lane when turning right then, in order for the cyclist to pass on the left they'd have to go into the...

Toronto Spadina Subway Extension Emergency Exits | ?m | 1s | TTC | IBI Group

Just a guess but because of Zum service to York University and Humber College?

    Regent Park

Been a while since there's been an update here. - Wendy's is moving into the retail space of the One Park Place condo at the corner of Dundas St E and Sumach. - The convenience store (T.O. Fine Foods) at River Street and Oak Street has closed. The space has been gutted completely, there's no...

Toronto Pan Am Village in the West Don Lands | ?m | ?s | DundeeKilmer | KPMB

I recall reading here that in addition to the developers selecting or curating the retail for this neighbourhood that the rents were lower initially as well and would increase over time as the area developed further. This may have encouraged retailers to take a more long term view of things...

    Carsharing Grows

Car2Go is moving ahead with plans to allow on-street parking within the "home area" despite not getting approval from the city. http://www.metronews.ca/news/toronto/2016/03/22/car2go-to-introduce-on-street-parking-in-toronto-.html http://toronto.car2go.com/street/ It will be interesting to...

    Toronto Regent Park Athletic Grounds | ?m | ?s | MLSE | BBB

With the warm weather yesterday I saw people using the new athletic grounds, fences are still up though. Has there been an announcement of when the field will be opened? They were installing/testing the flood lights a few months ago.

    Toronto Regent Park: The Wyatt | 89m | 27s | Daniels | KPMB

There are ads on the fence surrounding Block 26 advertising The Wyatt for Fall 2016, I was on the streetcar so I'm not sure if that's construction or sales launch.
