This is tangential, but some might be interested in watching this update on construction of the Ismaili Centre Houston. As some have noted previously, the centres do sometimes operate as a network, so the location of other centres do make an impact on programming or other partnership activation...

Thanks. So it looks like not all of Wynford has been renamed, just the portion that extends into Crosstown.

I don't think these have gone through city council. Just placeholders for the time being, but if someone has a link to city council docs, that would be much appreciated. The crosstown community graphic just doesn't hold the same weight :)

I'm getting the sense this is in pretty advanced stages and could be shovel ready this construction season. Fair assessment, or was I fed bad info?

Is there any timeline on this project? I'm curious if ground breaking will align with that of the new integrated Ismaili community project on Block 5A of the Crosstown Community redevelopment.

Wondering if there has been any news on what might be planned in the future for this site? ... or is the current land owner sitting on it? Would love to see that parkade beside it gone, to create a larger lot. All but erased ... Screen capture from recent Eglinton-Crosstown construction...
