My Presto online account is now working and I noticed something about a loyalty discount but was unable to find any further information. Can anyone shed some light on a possible loyalty discount programme for TTC Presto users?

Okay, fair enough. But what about transferring from the subway to a streetcar? What about at Broadview station where the streetcar loading platforms are at street level and open to public access as opposed to Spadina and Union which are located within the subway stations?

I think we should have a party when Ottawa, Queen's Park, and city hall all agree to sufficiently fund the TTC on a permanent basis. Either that or a party when Michael Ford resigns his seat on council. :D

We should wait until the 6oth vehicle is delivered and see if there is a significant decrease in the MTBF (this would include the refitted cars in the stats). If there is not a significant decrease in MTBF should the TTC reject the vehicles and give the anti-streetcar crowd (aka the Ford family)...

Amphibious streetcars! Outstanding! Given the weather this spring we should put propellers and rudders on them. Maybe Bombardier has finally found its corporate backbone and is doing right by the TTC!

I don't know why the TTC doesn't just buy new streetcars at Walmart the way everyone else does.
