To add, presto fares are different (prices) than cash/debit/credit fares on some agencies (e.g. DRT). Seems to me I read in recent Metrolinx board meeting notes they are a looking to eliminate eventually.

Not sure about that? Our new additions (Cook, Nagy) along with Brenner and arguably Robinson are not necessarily...all significant approvals recently are all near rapid transit and support multi modal transport options (I.e. Multiuse paths). Having said this, the site has always been promoted...
