    Toronto Aquabella at Bayside | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | 3XN

You don't see this kind of detail on many buildings anymore. It's crazy how much work they're putting into the exterior of this low-rise.

    Toronto 100 Queens Quay at Sugar Wharf | 117.34m | 25s | Menkes | B+H

It's honestly quite the sight when biking east along Goodman Trail. It's very impressive in person. The future of the waterfront is looking bright.

What a great image of new & old in the same picture. Great use of lighting!

    Toronto Waterfront Innovation Centre | 53.03m | 11s | Waterfront Toronto | Sweeny &Co

This project, Tridel's Aquabella & Aqualuna, The George Brown Timber, T3 Bayside, this area is going to be incredible in 5 years.

    Toronto 75 on The Esplanade | 99.97m | 29s | Harhay | a—A

Where exactly? I don't recall any parking lots on Esplanade. Unless maybe the SLS Market? Which is planned to be a park.

    St Lawrence Market

People. It's a pandemic. We're lucky these cannabis stores are opening across the city. It's a lot better than empty storefronts, regardless of how little benefits they bring to communities. I totally understand the points from @TheSix. We really can't blame real estate owners from taking...

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

When will the extension/realignment get started? Sorry if I missed this a few pages before.

    Toronto Aquavista at Bayside | 46.94m | 13s | Tridel | Arquitectonica

Yes, I've seen the plans. They also say construction was to start Q2 2020... Delayed as mentioned.

    Toronto Aquavista at Bayside | 46.94m | 13s | Tridel | Arquitectonica

I think the Bayside sewer overflow fix was put on hold due to COVID. Not sure when it will be addressed now. Might be a few more years of stinky air in this area.

It's just too bad all this online complaining won't amount to anything, which is honestly getting really boring.

    How so?

    Toronto Birch House & Indigenous Hub | 50.3m | 13s | Dream | BDP Quadrangle

I doubt we will see a "Fall 2020" sales launch for the 206 condo units ;) I am also surprised they're pushing for a Gold Platinum status for all of the buildings, considering the Bayside condos are all Platinum LEED.

Sure... You could also post this comment in every thread on there.

I don't think the comment was arguing at all. Maybe you misread the post? Really confused on the point you're trying to make by bringing up public education for an office building.

You have a great point. I'd love to know the background on why they netted on this material. I imagine this choice would have a lot more longevity to it over wood. And maybe the two panels was more cost efficient or it has to do with the engineering of the building itself? And while I agree, it...

Lol, ok. Is really just on them? Menkes is in the business of making money. They'll build what people buy (or in this case, rent). And they accomplished that without anything flashy. So why would they cut their profit margins if they don't have to? I think the issue you have is part of a larger...

    Toronto Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts | 156.05m | 45s | Daniels | RAW Design

Well, it is their head office. Not unusual at all.

Well articulated. To add to that, in-person, the cladding is very sharp. The bridge adds some interest and every time I pass by it is looking better (not worse). It's nice to see Menkes spend the extra $$$ to make a standard "ok" design look the best it could possibly look. Plus, the street...

I'd love an A&W to open up shop in Bayside.
