Is that a bike lane? And where will it begin and stop?

AQUABELLA at Bayside (Tridel/Hines) - Real Estate -

They started moving in purchasers late July. How are the PDIs going?

    Toronto Wellesley on the Park | 194.15m | 60s | Lanterra | KPMB

I'd love to see pics. Not a fan of this building, but from the outside, the lobby looks stunning.

    Toronto Aquabella at Bayside | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | 3XN

    Excellent project inside and out.

I have more faith in Tridel and F&P over Mattamy and MVRDV/Cobe. And we all know Mattamy has a good chance since they are besties with Ford....

If that's true, it's the biggest bathtub I've ever seen, and larger than most pools I've visited.

I don't think you understand what registration means. The condo finishings can still be in progress, these are two very different processes. Tarion is not connected to the registration of your condo.

I guess this means they won't get their windows cleaned for another 7 years? Wait. They've never been cleaned....

Agreed! But with better designed balconies. This building fails for me because they were too cheap to warp the balcony trim in white framing to match the building envelope. Unless that's to come?

Wait. $1,000,000 per panel of that glass?

    Toronto Mirvish Village (Honest Ed's Redevelopment) | 85.04m | 26s | Westbank | Henriquez Partners

Many Canadians depend on real estate as an investment, not as much as a home (like Europe). IMO, this is why we don't see much colour. "I'd love an orange kitchen, but we'll have trouble selling it in 2 years when we want to cash in. Lets go with the white cabinets."

As lovely as that sounds.... for me, this still doesn't make up for the exterior mess. It's honestly one of the worst projects of the decade.

The streetcar is 8-10 years away.

Toronto home: Power and Adelaide | 78.33m | 22s | Great Gulf | Core Architects

Agreed. This is one hot mess. I miss GG when they did projects like X and Charlie.

    Toronto 75 on The Esplanade | 99.97m | 29s | Harhay | a—A

I miss the days when I actually liked this building. But honestly, what a twist. I thought nothing could ruin this building for me. But then came the balconies.

For me, the first was iconic. The second isn't. As simple as that. Will the second still be impressive, sure. But it's not going to be a household name – the first had that potential.

I believe these are test panels (caught earlier on in the thread).
