I wonder what's the delay in finishing the street level cladding?

Silly question, but will they be removing the current two Cherry St. bridges?

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

I actually find the execution excellent for what it is, a well designed box with a cleaver balcony skin. Do I wish it was more than a box, of course, but at least they made sure for what it is, it was done well. V.s. the hot garbage mess directly to the east of them. A poorly executed box with...

I hope so! The architects of Aquabella and T3 are Danish.

Have you been by? It's actually pretty transparent. I can see the timber frame behind the glass from a block away

I assume 50% for the first tower? Not both?

Don't you think you should wait to see how it's finished? IMO, this is going to be stunning from what I've seen from the renders. They're really delivering on this one, inside and out. Pics referenced from the project database.

And this is what's going to make it very special – much like the uniqueness Sugar Beach brings to Toronto. Something other cities around the world don't have.

    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

I think this would also help people express their feelings of absolute disgust for a building without flooding the thread with posts (this one is the perfect example as the majority of people think that it's beyond horrendous).

    Toronto Pinnacle Lakeside (Phase 1) | 174.86m | 54s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

I believe this building is 3-4 years delayed, if it starts today.

What's with the good luck? Why would anyone think driving in the core of Canada's biggest city would be a breeze? I don't think any owners are going to be surprised. It might actually motivate vehicle owners to use their cars less. Owners did buy on a transportation line and there are bike...

Sugar Wharf Condominiums, Phase 1 (Menkes) - Real Estate -

you need to be on the 40+ floor for a clear water view (was I was told when in the sales centre). He'll get some water, but def not a clear view. The LCBO building tops around Sugar's 40th floor. Remember, the office tower has high ceilings, so even though they have less floors, the building is...

I understand your pessimism, but for me there is a LOT to be excited about on the waterfront. Aquabella, Aualuna, T3-1, T3-2, the George Brown Timber build, Quayside, C3 block, and West Dons. Those of these builds done, are LOVELY and those on the way are set for success.

    Toronto Ontario Line: Corktown Station | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | HDR

If I was Porsche I def wouldn't want to position my cars beside a Buick.... That's like saying, "surprised Gucci isn't in the Eaton Centre."

    Toronto Waterworks Building Redevelopment | 47.55m | 13s | MOD Developments | Diamond Schmitt

Top tier. Arguably one of the top 3 best condos to go up in the last 10 years.
