What material would you recommend? IMO, I think the timeline has more to do with the design vs. the materials. This build is def not the average cookie cutter condo and this project is only 6 months or so off from their initial occupancy dates. Even if there wasn't a pandemic, that's pretty dam...

I disagree. I pass by daily and it sucks the life out of the street. Horrible addition to the city.

Which ones exactly? Aren't many still standing from that particular picture? Outside of the fishing ports (which don't look all that impressive...).

Wow, this project just keeps looking better and better. Can't wait to see how this shapes up by the summer.

This still happens, it all depends on the build. If anything, this choice of application is longer lasting and easier to maintain.

Are we sure this is the finished product? I assume they'd be more focused on using their efforts to finalize the tower for CIBC.

Maybe the towers will help distract the view of the highway?

The No Frills up on Front East is also super close for Bayside.

Not surprised. Most condos that just register go through a period with high sales and leases. That, combined with the implications of COVID created the perfect storm across most developments.

I assume you also complain about gardens too....
