    Toronto 160 Front West | 239.87m | 46s | Cadillac Fairview | AS + GG

So it seems the rooftop retracts, as an LED display (strip?), and is 60% solar panels? Or are the solar panels on the lower podium section only cause that sounds like a lot to cram on a pretty small tower roof.

So much for “can’t see the green roof from the ground”. Love the look of it, hope it truly offers the promise returns ie cooling effect!

Never noticed this before, but this tower looks like a mini Mirvish Village

Could you imagine having two metal clad beauties in the city. 1BE would've been Forma North

    Toronto Eaton Centre (Ongoing Renewal) | ?m | ?s | Cadillac Fairview | Zeidler

The Constance Taverne is an O&B restaurant announced a while ago that's already late for its Spring 2023 opening. Didn't realize it may have an outdoor component or street level access, unfortunately timed with the Ontario Line construction though.

    Toronto Maverick | 154.53m | 49s | Empire | Arcadis

Really dropped the ball on following this building, considering it's right there. Now that I've paid the picture tax, I gotta say, I don't hate this at all. Most offensive thing is the green hued windows, but the evenly spaced/organized spandrel actually works in this build. Looks like a...

    Toronto Theatre District Residence & Riu Plaza Hotel | 156.05m | 49s | Plaza | BDP Quadrangle

Interesting that they’re starting balcony glass at the top, on floors that don’t even have window wall installed yet, while the lower floors are barren.

Just peak architecture. So excited to see glass spandrel on a heritage building

The first time I’m starting to see how the Maple Leaf motif will play out, still missing some pieces here and there. Think it was a missed opportunity not to have the pattern gently lit up, maybe even animated. Unless that’s coming but I see no hardware installed for that.

LED signage is going up on the West face today. I’m usually alright with logos on buildings but the execution and integration here is subpar. I’m sorry I need a new phone camera..

This would've been very very cool to skate on in the winter! Especially since we've lost Harbourfront Centre

    Toronto PRIME Condos | 148.43m | 46s | CentreCourt | Arcadis

I continue to be stunned by how fast CentreCourt puts buildings up. Took less than a year to get from grade to topping off and the cladding is more than half done. Same story at 55 Mercer. Anyone have opinions on the quality of their projects?
