This building seems quite far along, but there’s so much key cladding left to be installed. The balcony separations, the entire podium, the underside of the transfer slabs. I still cannot form a judgement, but I think it might turn out well. At a minimum , it’s a nice warm colour overall.

Overall, it’s turning out better than I expected. Which is not to say I love the balcony design or don’t wish they had done something more sympathetic with the beautiful old buildings. But it has some nice qualities and isn’t a stinker.
