Everytime I pass by to take photos to share this project here, there is some good progress. What I do not understand, is what is going on, and how they are still able to continue construction all around the giant hole in podium. They have not even touched the hole from what I can see,

I think every time the architect is Turner Fleischer, you have a reason to expect it to be bad. This pleasantly surprised me as well, this is a really solid building and is probably one of the best buildings they have designed, if not the best.

As seen on Google Maps in September, 2020, this was almost completed with the crane already removed, and by now, is most likely 100% complete.
