If phase 1 is not going to be ready until early 2013. I guess I will be waiting until late 2014 or 2015 for phase 2 to be finished.

Just signed purchase for Phase 2 585 unit today. Excited for it to get built and move in. I think that it will be a great space when the development is completed. I noticed quite a few good signs of other development in the area, all seems like good news for the next few years there. Can't wait...
