good upgrades, i did roughly the same items... its not like i'm gonna upgrade the floor myself once i move in, lol for my money the best place to save money and do it yourself has gotta be painting yourself (though dont kid yourself you will still hate your life while you paint) or backsplashes...

i've seen this on several occasions, 5th floor m2. i've also on several occasions had my neighbours pilling garbage outside of their door.... i.e. in front of their AND my door. its more than disrespectful, its rude and nasty.

the M2 gym is pretty crappy. the cardio machines (at least the eliptical) screech and bump and make it a pain in the butt to use, same deal with the weight machines. the free weights I can't complain about but if you want a full work-out without annoying the rest of the gym, get a membership...

probably has something to do with water and it's tendency to freeze in cold weather just my 0.02, i could be waaaay off

I did, I added upgraded flooring in my second bathroom about a week after my meeting, it was no problem. It's even easier when you know the exact change you want to make. They just note it on your file for when they eventually get down to it.

you take your stuff there/trust them? decent price? i'm ashamed to say before I started the job I currently hold (only three weeks ago) I never needed anything dry cleaned....

can anyone suggest a good dry cleaner close to the buildings?
