yeah, the finishings are pretty much the same as they had promised. Scavolini kitchens, stainless steel appliances, engineered floor in principal rooms, glass tiled blacksplashes.. there weren't tons of options but the ones they had were acceptable. I didn't do any upgrades as I find builders...

I have used a company called Plan it www.planit.com. Prices are fairly reasonable. Couple of hundred bucks for houses/condos upto 2800 sqft.
