Indeed co-workers in the millennial age group openly talk about how they don't pay for transit. "Why should I?" is the common reaction when I question why they seem unwilling to pay for their rides.

The McDonald's sign is up at the new location as of today and they've been working there for a few weeks now. Latest date I've heard (from staff at the old location) was mid-December for an opening.

End of an era. The McDonald's is no more as of today. The new location over at Joe Shuster is not yet open (looks to be weeks away).

Look closely, and you'll notice the chaos with the left turning traffic is caused entirely by the fact that the dotted lines on the westbound to southbound turn are not visible to drivers making that turn which means they go deep into the intersection and then the eastbound to northbound drivers...

Please send the crew that fitted out the pedestrian bridge over to Liberty VIllage. At the rate they turned this one around, we could have the bridge over there open in a week or three.

That maintenance crane is cool, but you couldn't get me to climb in that rig and hang under it like these people do.

Tonight after the last Jays game of 2019. The Scotiabank Arena sign is huge and vibrant. Here's hoping they animate that or something. The Flying "S" logo wasn't on yet and they looked to be filling in the gap between that and the right side of the screen. I didn't get close enough to see if it...

It appears the worker there is chipping out the areas and that they plan to repair that some how? Also, those columns are HUGE.

There's a very large mobile crane between the tracks to the east of the train shed at Union which I assume is for the pedestrian bridge lift this weekend. Does anyone know how the bridge is coming to the site?

Aluminum work is shoddy as heck. Dents all over the place - look at the second floor on the right. Where are the downspouts for the third floor balconies going to be routed?

Safe to say we're getting something similar to the renders at least as far as the sign is concerned. Fingers crossed they pattern the cladding as well.
