I love the idea of a heritage streetcar. You could make it free and people could just hop on and off at different places across the island, it would be so nice!

They were testing the signage today (sorry for the blown out image, it was to try and get the colours of the letters) I didn't get a photo of the other one, but one said "Out of service" and the other said "ECLRT Opening Soon"

I just walked by the site on my way to work this morning. Pictures do not do it justice, this thing is already much taller than you'd think. You really only see the view from union, but just walking around the thing it gives off a whole different vibe (in a good way)

I know they plan on covering the spaces on the new bridge, but it would've been so cool to have a streetcar just go over the water on just the rails with the gaps in between.

Lets play "spot the bike lane" in these pics, because besides the O'Conner pic, they are basically non-existent

Thanks for the responses, I was kind of hoping they would do more than just painted lines. Not to mention that not even all the lines are painted on properly, and the small section that is dedicated for bike lanes isnt even labeled as such, it just looks like an extended curb, not a bike symbol...

I think I missed something, is this only being done between Keele and Mt Pleasant? What abou everything west/east of that zone? I thought this project was for the whole of eglinton...

Will there be any prominent signage on the front of this telling people its the St Lawrence North building? I couldnt see anything indicated on any of the renderings or diagrams.

Wait....we arent going to have a 70+ story atrium down the centre of the building? *gasp* As a total side, it would be really cool to build these super tall atriums in countries close to the equator so that the sun would actually reach the bottom.

Very cool! Is there a diagram somewhere floating around that shows what this intersection will end up looking like? I see a lot of curbs and what looks like areas for bike lanes, but its a bit difficult to understand
