Nice looking towers, surprisingly. I wonder how much better they would have looked had they used black glass instead of the vomit-green that is so ubiquitous.
Most units are bought by foreign buyers and then rented out to locals who would otherwise have probably found housing much further north had it not been for a slew of affordable rent downtown.
Judging from the RBC Centre's night-time illumination, I can only imagine that Ritz would follow suit; they were designed by the same firm after all and maintain many similar themes throughout.
