So according to the rendering this is all the way to Danforth - from the empty lot to the Access Point building? Did they buy the Access Point building too? Edit: My bad, it's the Aboriginal Services building, not Access Point. Still the same question - do they own that building?

This is definitely weird. I'm guessing they're considering the neighbouring 3093 and 3097 properties too (they're both very old houses in not great condition) to add to the development? Certainly a good location - short walk to subway, three grocers, community centre, schools and LCBO next door.
