    They would have horrible visibility as commercial units the way they're recessed. It's better than what was there, but it's not contributing to the street much.

    Lakeshore West grade separation at Burloak is moving at a good pace. They have the (temporary?) track bed laid on the east side. Feels like the trains run quite slow through this section, but maybe they always have and I've never paid attention? Sorry, no photos.

    You captured the anger I think we all feel so well. The original Eaton Centre was classic 80s/90s hubris, and every attempt to 'fix' it has been so half-assed and bound to fail. I'd prefer they demolish it all, rebuild the street grid as much as possible, and develop individual parcels instead...
