Has anyone driven past this one lately? I drove by about a week ago, but it was late at night and pouring rain outside so it was tough to see, but it looked like this was close to being topped off. Can anyone confirm?

I don't really understand why people are upset with this development. I live in the area, and this area of Gerrard needs a development like this to bring some life to it. 28 metres isn't anything compared to some of the other developments in the area, a little bit closer to Dundas.

Slow and steady. Last I heard this isn't supposed to finished until Jan 2018 so it's still a ways away. Things should start to pickup once they get everything below grade completed.

Agreed, I think it's going to change quick though. With "Brewery District" plans, and younger people looking for affordable places to live, I think it's going to liven up rather quickly. I always come through to eat at the Indie Ale House just down the street.

Has anyone heard any more on this? I heard that they started to bring down the funeral home that was here but I haven't been in the area to confirm this yet

I like this project and the neighbourhood is on the rise. Nice to see this coming along, I remember the floor plans in here were great - Was this development well received by community?

Passed by here the other day and it was much of the same as above. Seems like they've been gathering their materials to get ready to get things going.

I don't think they've started with phase 2 yet. Last time I was in the area for the Polish Festival it looked like they hadn't even started with the demolition of the building that is there. Personally, I like the way Phase 1 works.

Any word on the second phase?

I meant to drive by this past weekend to get some pictures up but I got tied up running errands - I heard the demolition started. I will be stopping by and following the construction of this project with pictures as it progresses through construction. I figured there wasn't too much to take...

I think this looks good - Starting to come together as they add on the details.

My understanding is that the zinc siding is not cheap - It's high quality. It looks a little bland at the moment with all the grey but I think it will look better once everything comes together.

To my knowledge, they are happy with the purchase at this point in time (although I guess we'll have more details once the project is finished). I know about 2-3 people who purchased in the building and they are all first time home buyers. They each have certain ties to the neighbourhood which...
