Are the folks behind the Onyx the same as those behind One32 Berkeley?

I know for a fact that certain divisions of the TTC take responding to customer complaints very seriously in cases where the customer has requested a response, for example service planning. The operating divisions are not one of those, as you're experiencing.

There's also the ridiculousness that city council is pursuing purchasing a plot of land on Broadview north of Danforth in order to provide MORE parking. There's some shady deals happening here somewhere. Anybody care to make an FOI request for councillor emails...

Many newer condos now have a provision in their docs that require a director to be an owner of a unit. It does sound fishy what is described. I'd be curious to hear what develops.

Agreed - I think a big challenge on the west end of the Danforth would be assembling those property parcels large enough for development. An aside, I still don't understand why the City has a green P lot fronting Danforth at Playter. That said, I agree it's inevitable - the area is definitely...

Some drivers still feel they have to be fare police, which can lead to some interesting encounters. This will improve with time.

They're finally wrapping up construction of the PATH connection between the ACC and WPP - half of it on the south end is now open, and it looks like the rest will be done soon. I noticed there are signs for two weekend closures so I assume that's what it's for.

I don't believe so - the bottoms of the shafts go down that far, but you still have to go up to the lobby to get to the elevators. Except for the parking elevators - those stop at both the ground floor and concourse levels.

I don't think that's the issue - the JPs are in a sequestered private office space, with a private elevator to and from courtrooms, which have private corridors to enter and exit from the rear.

Reviewing the plans - it's interesting that even in 2016 every single JP would receive their own private washroom. I thought these were Mad Men era vestiges.

Not sure how that's any different than the previous arrangement - just west instead of east. They need the two Sbux there - one for people who live in the area (Front) and the other for the hordes of GB students (King).
